Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon! Please inquire if interested.

Processing & Delivery

All orders are handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged before dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days from order placement.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Multiple Makers & Split Shipments

J•Vicius is home to products from our own small-batch studio as well as carefully selected makers. Orders containing products from multiple makers may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each shipment will include its own tracking information so you can follow each parcel's journey.
